Technical Parameters
Main Ingredients: Water-based acrylic emulsion, special stone chips, natural stone powder, advanced imported additives, and water. Surface dries in 1 hour, touch dry in 2-4 hours, recoat time 24 hours. The drying time for a single coat of standard thickness: (temperature 25°C, relative humidity below 65%). Drying time will vary with temperature and humidity.

Application Instructions
1. Tools: Use a specialized real stone paint spray gun.
2. Application Conditions: above 5°C, relative humidity below 85%.
3. Substrate Preparation: The substrate surface must be solid, clean, flat, with moisture content <10% and pH <10.
4. Joint Taping: Apply tape according to the required pattern width.
5. Spray Stone Paint: Generally, no dilution is needed, spray two coats, air pressure 8-12 kg.
6. Remove the joint tape and color the joints if necessary.
7. Cleaning: Use water and soap to clean the tools after application.

Packaging and Storage
40 kg/barrel. Store in a cool, dry place, away from fire. Can be stored sealed at room temperature for 12 months.

Theoretical Coverage
Stone chip paint 3.5-5 kg/m², depending on the actual flatness of the substrate, the size of the stone powder particles, and the size of the stone chips.
