Technical Parameters
Composition: Water-based acrylic emulsion, natural granite powder, additives, and water.

Product Uses
Widely applicable for the protection and decoration of walls in high-rise and high-end buildings, gardens, star-rated hotels, Roman columns, sculptures, entertainment venues, etc.
Product Features
1. Provides elegant and luxurious decorative effects, applies thickly, hardens, and has a service life of over 18 years. Excellent workability.
2. Uses silicone resin modification technology, offering outstanding weather resistance, stain resistance, water, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, and strong UV resistance.
3. Uses natural granite particles to display color, maintaining long-lasting beauty and excellent decorative effect without fading.
4. Thick-paste type can achieve a paint film thickness of 1.5-3mm in a single application.
5. Drying time: Surface dry in 2 hours, fully dry in 48 hours.
6. Recoating time: 24 hours (25°C, 50% relative humidity).
7. Color: Refer to Wuhu Stone Paint dedicated color card (color can be customized).
Construction Instructions
1. Tools: Use a dedicated stone paint spray gun.
2. Construction Conditions: Temperature above 5°C, relative humidity below 85%.
3. Substrate Treatment: Substrate surface must be solid, clean, smooth, moisture content <10%, and pH <10.
4. Jointing: Use tape to mark the required pattern width.
5. Stone Paint Spraying: Generally does not require dilution. Spray two coats, air pressure 8-12 kg.
6. Remove jointing tape and, if necessary, touch up the color on the joints.
7. Cleaning: Use clean water and soap to wash tools after construction.
Packaging and Storage
40kg/barrel. Store in a cool place away from fire sources. Can be stored sealed at room temperature for 12 months.
Theoretical Consumption
3.5-5.0 kg/m² (1.5-3mm), depending on the actual substrate smoothness and granite particle size.
