Deveway All-Purpose Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer can effectively penetrate walls, strengthen the substrate, provide strong adhesion, offer good alkali resistance, effectively prevent mold growth, prevent efflorescence discoloration of the coating, feature an easy-to-apply formula, and provide excellent sealing; it prevents moisture penetration and ensures more reliable quality for the topcoat. At the same time, it has super coverage, saving on topcoat costs. It is suitable for various indoor substrates such as cement, brick, concrete, and other new and old walls, especially for new walls and walls with high alkalinity.

Technical Parameters
Application Methods: Roller, brush, airless spray
Thinning: Stir well before use. For best application results, roller and brush application may be diluted with no more than 10% (by volume) water (adjustable according to application feel).
Theoretical Coverage: 4-8 m²/kg per coat (calculated at 30 microns dry film thickness) (Coverage may vary depending on surface roughness and dilution ratio).
Drying Time: Surface dry: 30 minutes/25°C, hard dry: 60 minutes/25°C.
Recoating: 2 hours or more/25°C (drying time may vary with environmental temperature and humidity).
Gloss: Matte

Tips
1. Use high-quality application tools. New wool brushes should be cleaned with a suitable detergent before use to remove grease. Rollers must be used with a tray, and short-pile rollers are recommended.
2. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Seal the container tightly during breaks to prevent skinning. Do not return diluted paint to the original container.
